All prices are: –

• Subject to a minimum of 2 persons per room and vary according to the outlet, room size, special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and replacement public holidays.
• Subject to the maximum session duration of the purchased session (2-Hour or 3-Hour), depending on room availability and promotion mechanisms.
• Subject to change without prior notice, especially on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and replacement public holidays.
• Allowed to be used with valid vouchers, provided the voucher terms and conditions are met.
• Inclusive of self-service free-flow drinks & ice-cream, subject to product availability.
• Subject to a 10% service charge. A 6% SST applies to food and non-alcoholic beverages, while an 8% SST applies to all other items, including but not limited to alcoholic beverages, head charges, and bundle sets.

1. Kids Promotion:
   a) Applicable to children aged 7 to 12 years old.
   b) A valid MyKid or MyKad is required for verification purposes.
   c) Available on Monday – Sunday, before 5PM and after 5PM.
   d) Session duration is based on the selected session, 2-Hour or 3-Hour. At A Quiet Place, the session duration is 3-Hour.
   e) Not applicable during the Early K and After 12AM sessions.
   f) Valid on public holidays and eves of public holidays. Not valid on special occasions and event days unless otherwise stated.
   g) Children below 7 years old are admitted free of charge. Children below 7 years old who are 120 cm and above in height must present a valid identification document to qualify for free admission.
2. Microphones in each room are fixed; no additional microphones will be provided.
3. Alcoholic beverages are strictly not sold to patrons under 21 years old.
4. Customers may store liquor and wine at our establishment; however, a corkage fee will apply. Beers are strictly not allowed to be brought in by customers.
5. Room allocation is determined by the number of guests and is non-changeable. Changes will only be considered in the event of technical issues.
6. All promotions are not applicable on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and replacement public holidays unless otherwise stated. Promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
7. Reservation & Booking Deposit:
   a) A deposit of RM2 per person is payable at the time of booking through the Chop\\Sticks App. The deposit is deducted from the bill at the outlet. It is not an additional charge.
   b) The reserved date and time cannot be changed. Any change will result in the deposit being forfeited, and a new reservation with a new deposit is required.
   c) Any changes to the number of pax will result in additional charges, subject to room availability.
   d) The singing session will start promptly at the reserved time. Customers are responsible for arriving on time to enjoy the full duration of their session.
   e) Reservations cannot be cancelled. Reservations will be held for a maximum of 10 minutes only. If customers arrive later, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited.
   f) The deposit is refunded only when the Management cannot provide the reserved room, for example due to a system failure or outlet closure. Refunds are approved by the Management and made at the outlet or by bank transfer.
   g) The deposit is non-transferable.
8. Room usage after 4PM with [Before 5PM] head charges and packages is strictly limited to 7PM, subject to room availability and promotion mechanisms.
9. The Management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of disputes, the management holds final jurisdiction.
