The Chinese New Year Festive Rates will be applied from 13th February 2026 - 22nd February 2026.
*Mini K room is only available at MyTown outlet, Datum Jelatek Mall outlet, IOI Mall Damansara outlet and New World Park outlet. Pak Game is only available at Taman Sutera Utama outlet.

*All prices include a 3-hour/4-hour/5-hour singing session and free-flow drinks, depending on the outlet and timeslot. The Beer & Liquor Package is not applicable at the Datum Jelatek Outlet. The Lucky Spin will be available at all sessions. The Party Pack and Lucky Draw will only be available during the 9PM-12AM session on the 24th & 31st of December 2023. Terms & Conditions apply.
Terms & Conditions
- All prices are:
a) Subject to a minimum of 2 persons per room and vary according to the outlet, room size, special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and replacement public holidays.
b) Subject to a maximum of 3 hours, depending on room availability and promotion mechanisms.
c) Subject to change without prior notice, especially on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and replacement public holidays.
d) Allowed to be used with valid vouchers, provided the voucher terms and conditions are met.
e) Inclusive of self-service free-flow drinks & dessert, subject to product availability.
f) Subject to a 10% service charge. A 6% SST applies to food and non-alcoholic beverages, while an 8% SST applies to all other items, including but not limited to alcoholic beverages, head charges, and bundle sets. - The Chinese New Year Festive Rate will start from 13th February 2026 and end on 22nd February 2026.
- Early K Session is available from the outlet’s opening time until 1 PM, offering up to 3 hours of singing. The maximum singing time is until 3 PM.
- After 12 AM Session is available from 12 AM, offering 3 hours of singing or until the outlet’s closing time, whichever comes first.
- Student Promotion is not available during the Chinese New Year Festive Rate period.
- Senior Promotion is not available during the Chinese New Year Festive Rate period.
- Member’s Day Promotion is available all day on Mondays, except on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and replacement public holidays unless otherwise stated. This promotion is subject to change without prior notice.
- Children aged 7 and above, or with a height of 120 cm and above, are required to pay admission.
- Bring Your Own Food Promotion:
a) Does not apply to foods with a pungent smell (e.g., durian) or lard-based items. Beers are strictly not allowed.
b) Available at all Loud Speaker 1.0 outlets, except Kepong’Gi Square outlet. - Microphones in each room are fixed; no additional microphones will be provided.
- Alcoholic beverages are strictly not sold to patrons under 21 years old.
- Customers may store liquor and wine at our establishment; however, a corkage fee will apply. Beers are strictly not allowed to be brought in by customers.
- Room allocation is based on the number of guests. Changes are not allowed, except for technical issues.
- All promotions are not applicable on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and replacement public holidays unless otherwise stated. Promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
- Upon confirmation of a reservation:
a) The number of customers in a room is not changeable. Any changes will result in additional charges.
b) The singing session will commence promptly at the reserved time. Customers are responsible for arriving on time to enjoy the full duration of their session.
c) Reservations will be held for a maximum of 10 minutes only. If customers arrive later, the reservation will be automatically canceled. - Room usage after 4 PM with [Before 5 PM] head charges and packages is strictly limited to 7 PM, subject to room availability and promotion mechanisms.
- Member’s birthday benefits are limited to once per day. The date of birth on the member’s mobile app must match their Physical Identification Card (IC). Photocopies or softcopies of ICs are not accepted. These benefits are not valid on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, or replacement public holidays.
- Member benefits are for individual use only, non-transferable, strictly non-refundable, and the personal details on the member’s mobile app must match their Physical Identification Card (IC). Photocopies or softcopies of ICs are not accepted.
- Member renewal or purchase is subject to the options available at the time of renewal. Memberships are not entitled to extensions under any force majeure situation.
- Member renewal or purchase fees are subject to change without prior notice and are strictly non-refundable under any force majeure situation.
- The Management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of disputes, the management holds final jurisdiction.
