Terms & Conditions

  1. Reservation of the venue to host the event shall be confirmed only upon the receipt of a deposit equalling 50% of the sum quoted for event package.
  2. Reservation of the venue are subject to first come first served basis.
  3. Cancellation of the event must be notified not later than three (3) days before the event date so as to be considered for refund of any deposits paid. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any deposits paid.
  4. Loud Speaker or any of its entities shall not be liable if the agreement to the quotation cannot be performed, in part or in whole, due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, government order or law.
  5. Loud Speaker or any of its entities shall not be held liable for any losses or damages to personal properties or belongings brought to the venue by the customer(s) and their guests.
  6. All guests invited by the customer(s) on the event day must adhere to the rules and regulations set out in the venue. The customer(s) shall be responsible for any damages to the venue and its properties caused by their guests.
  7. Customer(s) are strictly prohibited from bringing any beers, that are not purchased from the venue, into the venue and its premises. Wines and spirits, e.g. liquors and liqueurs, are only allowed upon paying a corkage fee.
  8. Customer(s) are to ensure all copyrights and licenses of any media to be broadcasted to the public on the event day are proper and in order, and shall be liable for any penalities incurred for the failure to provide the same copyrights and licenses. Customer(s) are also to ensure all media to be broadcasted during the event are suitable for the general public’s viewing and in no way shall the same media, presentations, performances, repertoires, contain nudities, obscenitites, profanities, offensive, racist or religious contents or any political propaganda.
  9. Loud Speaker reserves the right to suspend proceedings in the event of such non-conformance.
  10. All prices quoted are subjected to 6 – 8% SST in accordance to Malaysian Service Tax Act 1975 and 10% service charge where applicable.
  11. In the event of any changes to the event date, a new price will be furnished accordingly to supercede previous price.
  12. Any additional food and beverage orders that are not quoted in quotation will be charged separately on the day of the event.
  13. The agreement to the event package quotation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
  14. All prices are subject to a minimum of 2 persons per room and vary according to the outlet, room size, special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and replacement public holidays.
  15. Allowed to be used with valid vouchers, provided the voucher terms and conditions are met.
  16. Price inclusive of self-service free-flow drinks & dessert, subject to product availability.
  17. Prices are subject to a 10% service charge. A 6% SST applies to food and non-alcoholic beverages, while an 8% SST applies to all other items, including but not limited to alcoholic beverages, head charges, and bundle sets.
  18. Bring Your Own Food Promotion:
    a) Does not apply to foods with a pungent smell (e.g., durian) or lard-based items. Beers are strictly not allowed.
    b) Available at all Loud Speaker 1.0 outlets, except Kepong’Gi Square outlet.
  19. Microphones in each room are fixed; no additional microphones will be provided.
  20. Alcoholic beverages are strictly not sold to patrons under 21 years old.
  21. Customers may store liquor and wine at our establishment; however, a corkage fee will apply. Beers are strictly not allowed to be brought in by customers.
  22. All promotions are not applicable on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and replacement public holidays unless otherwise stated. Promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
  23. Event venue allocation is based on the number of guests. Changes are not allowed, except for technical issues.
  24. Upon confirmation of a reservation:
    a) The number of customers in a room is not changeable. Any changes will result in additional charges.
    b) The singing session will commence promptly at the reserved time. Customers are responsible for arriving on time to enjoy the full duration of their session.
  25. Any extension of the event venue usage beyond the reserved time is subject to availability and additional hourly charges, payable immediately upon confirmation.
  26. Customers engaging external vendors (e.g., for decoration, catering, performance) must seek prior written approval from Loud Speaker Management reserves the right to reject vendors that do not meet safety or operational requirements.
  27. Any decorations brought in by customers must not damage the venue walls, furniture, or fixtures. Use of nails, glue, or any permanent adhesives is strictly prohibited.
  28. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The venue is not liable for any injury or loss due to unsupervised minors.
  29. During the event, photos or videos may be captured by the venue for marketing purposes. If customers or guests do not consent, they must inform the management in writing prior to the event.
  30. Loud Speaker reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to refer to the latest version on our official website or check with our staff during reservation.
