Terms & Conditions
- All prices are:
a) Subject to a minimum of 2 persons per room and vary according to the outlet, room size, special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and replacement public holidays.
b) Subject to a maximum of 10 hours, depending on room availability and promotion mechanisms.
c) Subject to change without prior notice, especially on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and replacement public holidays.
d) Inclusive of self-service free-flow drinks & dessert, subject to product availability.
e) Subject to a 10% service charge. A 6% SST applies to food and non-alcoholic beverages, while an 8% SST applies to all other items, including but not limited to alcoholic beverages, head charges, and bundle sets. - The Extra K Time Promotion is available starting 2nd March 2026.
- To be eligible for this promotion:
a) Customers must visit one of the selected 5 Loud Speaker outlets (C180 Cheras Selatan, Setiawalk Puchong, Setapak, Sri Petaling, or Datum Jelatek Mall).
b) Customers must follow Loud Speaker (@loudspeakerktv) on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Rednote 小红书.
c) Customers must select the 3-Hour Sing K session. The 2-Hour Sing K session is not applicable for this promotion.
d) The Extra K Time Promotion must be selected upon check-in. It will not be available after the session has started. - This promotion is only applicable to customers who check in for the 3-Hour Sing K session. Customers who choose the 2-Hour Sing K session are not eligible.
- This promotion is available from Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays, eve of public holiday and the replacement of public holiday.
- This promotion is applicable for the following sessions: Early-K Session, Before 5pm Session and Ater 5pm Session.
- This promotion is available at the following 5 outlets: C180 Cheras Selatan, Setapak, Setiawalk Puchong, Sri Petaling, and Datum Jelatek Mall outlets.
- Room allocation is based on the number of guests. Changes are not allowed, except for technical issues.
- Room usage after 4 PM with [Before 5 PM] head charges and packages is strictly limited to 7 PM, subject to room availability and promotion mechanisms.
- This promotion is not applicable on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, or replacement public holidays unless otherwise stated. Please note that public holidays and eves of public holidays are subject to changes based on official government announcements. Promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
- This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers, except for the Student & Senior Promotion, Member’s Day, and Member Birthday Benefit.
- The Management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of disputes, the management holds final jurisdiction.
