1. The 50% off headcharge Halloween Promotion is available at all Loud Speaker and Loud Speaker 2.0 outlets.
2. The 50% off headcharge Halloween Promotion will start from 21st October 2024 and end on 14th November 2024.
3. The 50% off headcharge Halloween Promotion is available from Monday to Thursday, all day long.
4. From 21st October 2024 to 14th November 2024, customers can enjoy the 50% off headcharge Halloween Promotion by checking in:
   a) With costumes or cosplay: The 50% off discount is only applicable to individuals dressed in a costume. For example, if a group of four checks in and only one person is wearing a costume, only that individual will receive the 50% discount, while the others will be charged the standard rate.
   b) With Halloween makeup: The 50% off discount is only applicable to individuals with Halloween makeup. For example, if a group of four checks in and only one person has Halloween makeup, only that individual will receive the 50% discount, while the others will be charged the standard rate.
5. There will be cosplayer or makeup artist present at each outlet on 30th October 2024 and 31st October 2024, from 7PM – 11PM. Customer can take photo with cosplayer or get their Halloween makeup at the makeup artist booth to enjoy this promotion. 
6. On 30th and 31st October 2024, customers can enjoy the 50% off headcharge Halloween Promotion by checking in:
   a) With costumes or cosplay: The 50% off discount is only applicable to individuals dressed in a costume. For example, if a group of four checks in and only one person is wearing a costume, only that individual will receive the 50% discount, while the others will be charged the standard rate.
   b) With Halloween makeup: The 50% off discount is only applicable to individuals with Halloween makeup. For example, if a group of four checks in and only one person has Halloween makeup, only that individual will receive the 50% discount, while the others will be charged the standard rate.
   c) Taking photo with cosplayers: The 50% off discount is only applicable to individuals who take a photo with the cosplayer. For example, if a group of four checks in and only one person takes a photo with the cosplayer, only that individual will receive the 50% discount, while the others will be charged the standard rate.
7. Children aged 7 and above, or with a height of 120 cm and above, are required to pay admission.
8. The microphones in each room are fixed, and no additional microphones are available.
9. Alcoholics beverage is strictly not sold to patrons under the age of 21. 
10. Customers are welcome to store liquor and wine at our establishment; however, please note that a corkage fee will be applied for these items. Beers are strictly not allowed to be brought in by customers.
11. Rooms are allocated based on the number of guests. Changes are not allowed, except for technical issues.
12. Upon confirmation of reservation:
    a) The number of customers in a room is not changeable. Any changes to the number of customers in a room, additional charges will be imposed accordingly.
    b) The singing session will commence promptly at the time specified in your reservation. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrive on time for their reservation to ensure they receive the full duration of their session.
    c) Your reservation will be held for a maximum of 10 minutes only. If you arrive later than that, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
13. Room usage after 4pm using [ Before 5pm ] head charges and packages is strictly up to a maximum 7pm subject to room availability and promotion mechanisms.
14. The Management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice and in cases of disputes, the management reserves the final jurisdiction.
