Terms & Conditions
- This LOL (Laugh Out Loud) Promotion features:
a) Self-service free-flow drinks and dessert, subject to product availability.
b) Enjoy up to 30% discount on head charges based on how funny your joke is, as rated by the receptionist using the designated hand sign boards.
c) Minimum 10% discount is guaranteed for all customers who participate. - Only one (1) person in a group is required to tell a joke for the whole group to enjoy the discount.
- The joke must be told before payment or room assignment. Late participation will not be entertained.
- Every group is allowed only one attempt. No second chances or retelling are allowed once a rating has been given.
- The joke must be told upon check-in, and the receptionist’s decision is final.
- To qualify, customers must follow @loudspeakerktv or @aquietplacemy on Instagram or 小红书.
- The discount applies to regular and member rate head charges only, and is not valid for the total bill or additional services.
- Discount ratings may vary across outlets as humour is subjective and based on each receptionist’s reaction. The same joke may not receive the same discount at every outlet. Customers should not expect a fixed outcome (e.g. 30%) every time.
- Jokes can be in any language, but they must be appropriate for all ages. No vulgarity, profanity, or sensitive content is allowed.
- Recording the joke is not required unless the customer wishes to participate in the #LSLOLChallenge.
- Promotion is valid only from 7th April 2025 to 29th May 2025.
- Promotion is available Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays and eves of public holidays.
- Applicable only before 5 PM (Early-K Session applies). The maximum singing session is until 7 PM.
- Available at all Loud Speaker 1.0 and Loud Speaker 2.0 outlets.
- Session is subject to room availability and is valid for up to 3 hours.
- Room allocation is based on the number of guests. Changes are not allowed, except for technical issues.
- All promotions are not applicable on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and replacement public holidays unless otherwise stated. Promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
- Prices and Eligibility Terms include:
a) Subject to a minimum of 2 persons per room.
b) Subject to a 10% Service Charge and 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST) as required by law. - Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
- The Management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of disputes, the management holds final jurisdiction.
