All prices are: –

• Subject to a minimum of 2 person per room and varies according to outlets, room sizes, special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and the replacement of public holidays.
• Subject to a maximum of 3 hours depending on room availability and promotion mechanisms.
• Subject to changes without prior notice especially for special occasions, event days, public holidays, and eves of public holidays.
• Allow to use with valid vouchers based on voucher terms and conditions met herein.
• Inclusive of Self Service free flow drinks & dessert subject to product availability.
• The prices displayed do not include the 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST), which will be applied at checkout and detailed in the receipt as required by law. 

1. Member’s Day Promotion is available and applicable all day on Monday except on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and the replacement of public holidays unless otherwise stated and is subject to change without prior notice.
2. Children aged 7 and above, or with a height of 120 cm and above, are required to pay admission.
3. The microphones in each room are fixed, and no additional microphones are available.
4. Alcoholics beverage is strictly not sold to patrons under the age of 21. 
5. Customers are welcome to store liquor and wine at our establishment; however, please note that a corkage fee will be applied for these items. Beers are strictly not allowed to be brought in by customers.
6. Rooms are allocated based on the number of guests. Changes are not allowed, except for technical issues.
7. All promotions are not applicable on special occasions, event days, public holidays and eves of public holidays unless otherwise stated and is subject to change without prior notice.
8. Upon confirmation of reservation:
   a) The number of customers in a room is not changeable. Any changes to the number of customers in a room, additional charges will be imposed accordingly.
   b) The singing session will commence promptly at the time specified in your reservation. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrive on time for their reservation to ensure they receive the full duration of their session.
   c) Your reservation will be held for a maximum of 10 minutes only. If you arrive later than that, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
9. Room usage after 4pm using [ Before 5pm ] head charges and packages is strictly up to a maximum 7pm subject to room availability and promotion mechanisms.
10. Member’s birthday benefits are strictly limited to once per day, and the date of birth on the member’s mobile app must match their Physical Identification Card (IC), photocopy or softcopy of IC is not acceptable. These benefits are not valid during special occasions, events, public holidays, the eves of public holidays, or the replacement of public holidays.
11. Member benefits are for individual use only, non-transferable, strictly non-refundable and the personal details on the member’s mobile app must match their Physical Identification Card (IC), photocopy or softcopy of IC is not acceptable.
12. Member renewal or purchase is subject to the options available at the point of time of renewal and is strictly not entitled to extension under any force majeure situation.
13. Member renewal or purchase fees are subject to change without prior notice at the point of time of renewal and are strictly not entitled to refund under any force majeure situation.
14. The Management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice and in cases of disputes, the management reserves the final jurisdiction.
