Terms & Conditions

  1. All prices are:
    a) Subject to a minimum of 2 persons per room and vary according to the outlet, room size, special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and replacement public holidays. 
    b) Subject to a maximum of 3 hours, depending on room availability and promotion mechanisms.
    c) Subject to change without prior notice, especially on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and replacement public holidays.
    d) Inclusive of self-service free-flow drinks & dessert, subject to product availability.
    e) Subject to a 10% service charge. A 6% SST applies to food and non-alcoholic beverages, while an 8% SST applies to all other items, including but not limited to alcoholic beverages, head charges, and bundle sets.
  2. The Sing Out Your IDentity! Promotion (“卡”拉有FUN!) runs from 1st October 2025 to 27th November 2025.
  3. To be eligible for this promotion:
    a) Customers must check in at any Loud Speaker 1.0 or Loud Speaker 2.0 outlet.
    b) Customers must follow Loud Speaker (@loudspeakerktv) on Instagram, TikTok and Rednote 小红书.
    c) Customers are required to present their IC at the reception upon check-in for verification of the number of “1” and “0” in the IC number. Foreign customers may present their passport to participate in this promotion.
  4. A physical IC is required to participate in this promotion; photocopies will not be accepted.
  5. The discount is calculated based on the number of “1” and “0” in the customer’s IC, with a maximum discount of RM5.
  6. The discount will only be applied on regular or member head charge. 
  7. Each IC is valid for one customer only and cannot be used for the entire group. Every customer must present their own IC to participate in this promotion.
  8. This promotion is available from Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays, eve of public holiday and the replacement of public holdiay.
  9. Applicable only before 5 PM (Early-K Session applies). The maximum singing session is until 7 PM.
  10. Available at all Loud Speaker 1.0 and Loud Speaker 2.0 outlets.
  11. Sessions are subject to room availability and are valid for up to 3 hours.
  12. Room allocation is based on the number of guests. Changes are not allowed, except for technical issues.
  13. Room usage after 4 PM with [Before 5 PM] head charges and packages is strictly limited to 7 PM, subject to room availability and promotion mechanisms.
  14. This promotion is not applicable on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, or replacement public holidays unless otherwise stated. Please note that public holidays and eves of public holidays are subject to changes based on official government announcements. Promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
  15. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
  16. The Management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of disputes, the management holds final jurisdiction.
