- Subject to minimum 2 person per room and varies according to outlets, room sizes, special occasions, event days, public holidays and eves of public holidays.
- Subject to maximum of 3 hours depending on room availability and promotion mechanisms.
- Subject to changes without prior notice especially for special occasions, event days, public holidays and eves of public holidays.
- Allow to use with valid vouchers based on voucher terms and conditions met herein.
- Inclusive of Self Service free flow drinks & dessert subject to product availability.
- Inclusive of Sales & Service Tax as per required by law.

Student promotion is not applicable on Loud Speaker 2.0, special occasions, event days, public holidays and eves of public holidays unless otherwise stated and is only eligible for person below 18 years old (with or without student cards) and for person above 18 years old, student card verification is required to enjoy this promotion.
Seniors promotion is not applicable on Loud Speaker 2.0 special occasions, event days, public holidays and eves of public holidays unless otherwise stated and is only eligible for person above 60 years old and valid verification document is required to enjoy this promotion

Upon confirmation of reservation, the number of customers in a room is not changeable. Any changes to the number of customers in a room, additional charges will be impose accordingly.
Room usage after 4pm using [ Before 5pm ] head charges and packages is strictly up to maximum 7pm subject to room availability and promotion mechanisms.
Member birthday benefits are strictly subject to once a day use only and not valid during special occasions, events days, public holidays and eves of public holidays.
