All prices are: –

Subject to a minimum of 2 person per room and varies according to outlets, room sizes, special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and the replacement of public holidays.
Subject to a maximum of 3 hours depending on room availability and promotion mechanisms.
Subject to changes without prior notice especially for special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and the replacement of public holidays.
Allow to use with valid vouchers based on voucher terms and conditions met herein.
Inclusive of Self Service free flow drinks & dessert subject to product availability.
The prices displayed do not include the 8% Sales and Service Tax (SST), which will be applied at checkout and detailed in the receipt as required by law.

The Loud Speaker 14th Outlet Opening Promotion is only available for walk-in only.
The Loud Speaker 14th Outlet Opening Promotion contains 2 different promotions as listed below:
- The price for this promotion is RM1+ for new customers who sign-up 3-months JOM K Kakee Membership.
- This promotion is availableon Monday to Thursday, all day long.
- This promotion is only applicable for new sign ups who check in at Sunway Carnival Mall outlet during the promotional period.
- This promotion is applicable for WALK-IN customers ONLY.
b) RM10+ for a 3-hours karaoke session for Members
- The price for this promotion is RM10+ per person.
- This promotion is applicable to JOM K Kakee members only.
- This promotion is available on Monday to Thursday, all day long.
- This promotion is applicable for WALK-IN customers ONLY.
Customers must be following Loud Speaker (@loudspeakerktv) on Facebook, Instagram or 小红书 to be eligible for this promotion.
Children aged 7 and above, or with a height of 120 cm and above, are required to pay admission.
The microphones in each room are fixed, and no additional microphones are available.
Alcoholics beverage is strictly not sold to patrons under the age of 21.
Customers are welcome to store liquor and wine at our establishment; however, please note that a corkage fee will be applied for these items. Beers are strictly not allowed to be brought in by customers.
Rooms are allocated based on the number of guests. Changes are not allowed, except for technical issues.
All promotions are not applicable on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and the replacement of public holidays unless otherwise stated and is subject to change without prior notice.
Upon confirmation of reservation: a) The number of customers in a room is not changeable. Any changes to the number of customers in a room, additional charges will be imposed accordingly. b) The singing session will commence promptly at the time specified in your reservation. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrive on time for their reservation to ensure they receive the full duration of their session. c) Your reservation will be held for a maximum of 10 minutes only. If you arrive later than that, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
Room usage after 4pm using [ Before 5pm ] head charges and packages is strictly up to a maximum 7pm subject to room availability and promotion mechanisms.
The Management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice and in cases of disputes, the management reserves the final jurisdiction.
