Terms & Conditions
- The Mystery Unboxing Promotion (一唱一盒) runs from 3rd June 2025 to 30th July 2025.
- To be eligible for this promotion:
a) Customers must check in at any Loud Speaker 1.0 or Loud Speaker 2.0 outlet in a group of 4 or more, with at least one person paying the head charge.
b) Customers must follow Loud Speaker (@loudspeakerktv) or A Quiet Place (@aquietplacemy) on Facebook, Instagram, or 小红书.
c) Customers must like and share the Mystery Unboxing Promotion (一唱一盒) post on Facebook, Instagram, or 小红书. - Customers stand a chance to win one (1) of the following prizes:
a) RM8++ per pax for non-members, RM7++ per pax for members.
b) RM5++ per pax for the whole group.
c) Free Room Upgrade
d) Free Snack (Subject to outlet’s discretion and the availability of the snack on the day of the visit).
e) RM5 Rebate (applies to total head charge only)
f) RM10 Rebate (applies to total head charge only).
g) RM20 Rebate (applies to total head charge only)
h) Grand Prize: Free Head Charge for the whole group.
i) Special Daily Highlight: RM288 Cash Prize (available at selected outlets on selected days) - Prizes are given on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to 50 groups per day.
- All prizes must be redeemed and used on the same day, except for the RM288 Cash Prize, which will be awarded via bank transfer. A Malaysian bank account is required for the RM288 Cash Prize.
- Each eligible group is entitled to one (1) chance to pick a number sticker from the foam board. Once a sticker is torn off, it cannot be changed. All prizes are final, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
- This promotion is available from Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays and their eves—including 26th June 2025, the eve of Awal Muharram.
- Applicable only before 5 PM (Early-K Session applies). The maximum singing session is until 7 PM.
- Available at all Loud Speaker 1.0 and Loud Speaker 2.0 outlets.
- Sessions are subject to room availability and are valid for up to 3 hours.
- Room allocation is based on the number of guest and cannot be changed unless due to technical issues.
- This promotion is not applicable on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, or replacement public holidays unless otherwise stated. Please note that public holidays and eves of public holidays are subject to changes based on official government announcements. Promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
- This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
- The Management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of disputes, the management holds final jurisdiction.
