A. General Terms & Conditions

1. All promotions are subject to:
a) Customer eligibility and fulfilment of the applicable participation requirements.
b) Room availability, room allocation and outlet operating hours.
c) The maximum session duration of the purchased session (2-hour or 3-hour), depending on room availability and promotion mechanism.
d) Applicable outlet policies and promotion mechanisms.

2. Upon confirmation of a reservation:
a) Room allocation is based on the number of customers.
b) The session will commence at the reserved time, regardless of the customer’s arrival time.
c) Reservations will be held for a maximum of ten (10) minutes only. Late arrivals will result in automatic cancellation.
d) Changes to the number of customers may result in additional charges.

3. All promotions are not applicable on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays and replacement public holidays unless otherwise stated.

4. All applicable Head Charges are subject to a 10% service charge. A 6% SST applies to food and non-alcoholic beverages, while an 8% SST applies to all other items, including but not limited to alcoholic beverages, Head Charges and bundle sets.

B. Hor Li Chniu Gao Song Opening Promotion

5. This promotion is:
a) Exclusively available at Loud Speaker The Waterfront Shoppes, Penang, from 29 October to 20 December 2026.
b) Available Monday to Thursday, between 11 AM and 5 PM.
c) Subject to a minimum of two (2) persons per room.
d) Not applicable on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays and replacement public holidays unless otherwise stated.

6. To participate in this promotion, customers are required to:
a) Follow @loudspeakerktv on Instagram, TikTok or RedNote.
b) Like the promotional post and tag two (2) friends.
c) Share the promotional post publicly with #HorLiChniuGaoSong.
d) Present proof of completion to outlet staff before participating.

7. Each eligible customer who completes all participation requirements stated in Clause 6 above is entitled to one (1) lucky stick draw per visit, regardless of the number of customers in the room. For example, if three (3) customers complete all participation requirements, each customer is entitled to one (1) draw, making a total of three (3) draws. The rewards are:
a) RM1 for a 2-hour session per person.
b) RM3 for a 2-hour session per person.
c) RM5 for a 2-hour session per person.
d) RM10 Cash Rebate Voucher.
e) Free Snack Reward.

8. The RM1, RM3 and RM5 promotional rates are:
a) Applicable per person and valid for 2-hour sessions only.
b) Redeemable during the same visit only.
c) Applied individually according to the rate drawn by each eligible customer in the same room. For example, if three (3) customers draw RM3, RM1 and RM1 respectively, their total Head Charge for the 2-hour session will be RM5, before applicable taxes and service charges.
d) Subject to room availability and the applicable promotion mechanism.

9. The RM10 Cash Rebate Voucher is:
a) Issued as a physical voucher.
b) Redeemable on the customer’s next visit only.
c) Valid for one-time redemption only.
d) Subject to the expiry date and Terms & Conditions stated on the voucher.

10. The Free Snack Reward is:
a) Provided to eligible customers immediately during the same visit.
b) Limited to one (1) free snack per eligible customer.
c) Subject to product availability. The type of snack provided will be determined by the outlet based on the Snack of the Day.

11. All promotional rewards are:
a) Non-refundable, non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
b) Not allowed to be combined with other promotions, discounts or vouchers unless otherwise stated.
c) Subject to the applicable promotion mechanisms, customer eligibility and outlet rules.
d) Subject to availability.

C. Jom K Kakee 3-Month Upgrade Membership – 50% OFF

12. This promotion is exclusively available at Loud Speaker The Waterfront Shoppes, Penang, from 29 October to 20 December 2026.

13. This promotion is available to:
a) New customers who register for a Chop\\Sticks App account.
b) Existing customers without an active Jom K Kakee Membership.
c) Eligible customers who purchase any session during the promotional period.

14. Eligible customers may purchase the Jom K Kakee 3-Month Upgrade Membership at RM19++ (50% OFF), subject to the following conditions:
a) Customers must have a registered Chop\\Sticks App account.
b) The membership must be purchased directly at Loud Speaker The Waterfront Shoppes outlet.
c) Membership registration and activation must be completed by outlet staff through the POS system.
d) This promotional offer is not available through the Chop\\Sticks App or at other Loud Speaker outlets.

15. The 50% discount:
a) Applies exclusively to the purchase of the Jom K Kakee 3-Month Upgrade Membership.
b) Does not apply to Head Charges, food, beverages or other purchases.
c) Cannot be combined with other membership promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated.

16. All membership purchases and benefits are:
a) Subject to the standard Jom K Kakee Membership Terms & Conditions.
b) For individual use only and are non-transferable.
c) Strictly non-refundable, including under force majeure circumstances, subject to applicable law.

17. Loud Speaker Management reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate these promotions and their Terms & Conditions without prior notice, subject to applicable law. In the event of any dispute, Management’s decision shall be final, subject to applicable law.
