Food and Beverage Terms & Conditions
- All prices are subject to a 10% service charge. A 6% SST applies to food and non-alcoholic beverages, while an 8% SST applies to all other items, including but not limited to alcoholic beverages, head charges, and bundle sets.
- The Management reserves the rights to change the terms & conditions without prior notice.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice especially for public holidays and eves.
Terms & Conditions
- All prices are:
a) Subject to a minimum of 2 persons per room and vary according to the outlet, room size, special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and replacement public holidays.
b) Subject to the maximum session duration of the purchased session (2-hour or 3-hour), depending on room availability and promotion mechanism.
c) Subject to change without prior notice, especially on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and replacement public holidays.
d) Allowed to be used with valid vouchers, provided the voucher terms and conditions are met.
e) Inclusive of self-service free-flow drinks & ice-cream, subject to product availability.
f) Subject to a 10% service charge. A 6% SST applies to food and non-alcoholic beverages, while an 8% SST applies to all other items, including but not limited to alcoholic beverages, head charges, and bundle sets. - Early K Session:
a) Available from 11AM until 1PM.
b) Session duration is based on the selected session, 2-Hour or 3-Hour.
c) The last singing time is until 3PM.
d) Subject to room availability and promotional mechanisms. - After 12AM Session:
a) Available from 12AM onwards.
b) Session duration is based on the selected session, 2-Hour or 3-Hour, or until outlet closing time, whichever comes first.
c) Subject to room availability and outlet operating hours.
d) Available from Monday to Thursday only. - Student Promotion:
a) Available on Monday – Thursday, before 5pm only.
b) Session duration is based on the selected session, 2-Hour or 3-Hour.
c) These sessions must end by 7PM.
d) Individuals aged below 18 are required to present a valid student card. Those without a student card must provide a valid verification document.
e) Individuals aged 18 and above are required to present a valid student card. No alternative document is accepted.
f) Not valid on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and replacement public holidays unless otherwise stated. - Senior Promotion:
a) Applicable to individuals aged 60 years and above.
b) A valid identification document is required for verification purposes.
c) Available on Monday – Sunday, all day long.
d) Session duration is based on the selected session, 2-Hour or 3-Hour.
e) Not valid on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and replacement public holidays unless otherwise stated. - Member’s Day Promotion:
a) Applicable to individuals who have an active Jom K Kakee membership.
b) Available all day on Mondays.
c) Session duration is based on the selected session, 2-Hour or 3-Hour.
d) Not valid on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and replacement public holidays unless otherwise stated. - Bring Your Own Food:
a) Food with strong or pungent smell is strictly prohibited (e.g: Durian).
b) Pork and lard-based items are strictly prohibited.
c) The bringing of beer is strictly prohibited.
d) Applicable at all Loud Speaker 1.0 outlets, except Kepong’Gi Square and Loud Speaker 2.0 outlets. - Children below 7 years old are admitted free of charge. Children below 7 years old who are 120 cm and above in height must present a valid identification document to qualify for free admission. Children aged 7 years and above are required to pay admission.
- Microphones in each room are fixed; no additional microphones will be provided.
- Alcoholic beverages are strictly not sold to patrons under 21 years old.
- Customers may store liquor and wine at our establishment; however, a corkage fee will apply. Beers are strictly not allowed to be brought in by customers.
- Room allocation is determined by the number of guests and is non-changeable. Changes will only be considered in the event of technical issues.
- All promotions are not applicable on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and replacement public holidays unless otherwise stated. Promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
- Upon confirmation of a reservation:
a) The number of customers in a room is not changeable. Any changes will result in additional charges.
b) The singing session will start promptly at the reserved time. Customers are responsible for arriving on time to enjoy the full duration of their session.
c) Reservations will be held for a maximum of 10 minutes only. If customers arrive later, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. - Room usage after 4 PM with [Before 5 PM] head charges and packages is strictly limited to 7 PM, subject to room availability and promotion mechanisms.
- Member’s birthday benefits are limited to once per day. The date of birth on the member’s mobile app must match their Physical Identification Card (IC). Photocopies or softcopies of ICs are not accepted. These benefits are not valid on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, or replacement public holidays.
- Member benefits are for individual use only, non-transferable, strictly non-refundable, and the personal details on the member’s mobile app must match their Physical Identification Card (IC). Photocopies or softcopies of ICs are not accepted.
- Member renewal or purchase is subject to the options available at the time of renewal. Memberships are not entitled to extensions under any force majeure situation.
- Member renewal or purchase fees are subject to change without prior notice and are strictly non-refundable under any force majeure situation.
- The Management is not responsible for any damage to personal belongings caused by the in-room audio-visual effects. Customers are advised to take care of their personal belongings at all times.
- The Management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of disputes, the management holds final jurisdiction.
