1. The Mainland 30% Off Promotion is available at Loud Speaker Sunway Carnival Mall only.
2. The Mainland 30% Off Promotion will start from 4th November 2024 and end on 28th November 2024.
3. The Mainland 30% Off Promotion is available on Monday to Thursday, at all sessions.
4. The Mainland 30% Off Promotion is only available for customer who check in with regular head charge, customer who check in with member rate is not applicable.
5. Customers must bring their October receipt from Loud Speaker Sunway Carnival Mall to enjoy the Mainland 30% Off Promotion.
6. Customers must be following Loud Speaker (@loudspeakerktv) on Instagram, TikTok or 小红书 to be eligible for this promotion. 
7. Children aged 7 and above, or with a height of 120 cm and above, are required to pay admission.
8. The microphones in each room are fixed, and no additional microphones are available.
9. Alcoholics beverage is strictly not sold to patrons under the age of 21. 
10. Customers are welcome to store liquor and wine at our establishment; however, please note that a corkage fee will be applied for these items. Beers are strictly not allowed to be brought in by customers.
11. Rooms are allocated based on the number of guests. Changes are not allowed, except for technical issues.
12. All promotions are not applicable on special occasions, event days, public holidays, eves of public holidays, and the replacement of public holidays unless otherwise stated and is subject to change without prior notice.
13. Upon confirmation of reservation:
    a) The number of customers in a room is not changeable. Any changes to the number of customers in a room, additional charges will be imposed accordingly.
    b) The singing session will commence promptly at the time specified in your reservation. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrive on time for their reservation to ensure they receive the full duration of their session.
    c) Your reservation will be held for a maximum of 10 minutes only. If you arrive later than that, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
14. Room usage after 4pm using [ Before 5pm ] head charges and packages is strictly up to a maximum 7pm subject to room availability and promotion mechanisms.
15. The Management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice and in cases of disputes, the management reserves the final jurisdiction.
