- Subject to a minimum of 2 person per room and varies according to outlets, room sizes, special occasions, event days, public holidays, and eves of public holidays.
- Subject to a maximum of 3 hours depending on room availability and promotion mechanisms.
- for 24th and 31st there will be a 9PM session that can sing to a maximum of 5 hours session OR 4 hours session (Kota Damansara Outlet),
- Subject to changes without prior notice especially for special occasions, event days, public holidays, and eves of public holidays.
- Allow to use with valid vouchers based on voucher terms and conditions met herein.
- Inclusive of Self Service free flow drinks & dessert subject to product availability.
- Inclusive of Sales & Service Tax as per required by law.
- ALL PROMOTIONS is not applicable on 9th – 18th Feb 2024.
- There will be a surcharge on headcharge during 9th – 18th Feb 2024.
- Each customer will get an Angpao where it can contain cash or vouchers, while stock last.
- Children aged 7 and above, or with a height of 120 cm and above, are required to pay admission.
- The Bring Your Own Food Promotion does not apply to foods with a pungent smell (e.g., durian), or lard-based items. Additionally, Beers are Strictly not allowed by customers.
- The microphones in each room are fixed, and no additional microphones are available.
- Alcoholics beverage is strictly not sold to patriots under the age of 21.
- Customers are welcome to store liquor and wine at our establishment; however, please note that a corkage fee will be applied for these items. Beers is strictly not allowed to bring by customer.
- Rooms are allocated based on the number of guests. Changes are not allowed, except for technical issues.
- Upon confirmation of reservation:
a) The number of customers in a room is not changeable. Any changes to the number of customers in a room, additional charges will be imposed accordingly.
b) The singing session will commence promptly at the time specified in your reservation. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrive on time for their reservation to ensure they receive the full duration of their session.
c) Your reservation will be held for a maximum of 10 minutes only. If you arrive later than that, your reservation will be automatically canceled. - Room usage after 4pm using [ Before 5pm ] head charges and packages is strictly up to a maximum 7pm subject to room availability and promotion mechanisms.
- Member birthday benefits are strictly not allowed on 9th – 12th Feb. It is available to be used 13th Feb onwards but customer will need to pay surcharge in order to get the angpao.
- Member benefits are for individual use only, non-transferable, strictly non-refundable and the personal details on the member’s mobile app must match their Physical Identification Card (IC), photocopy or softcopy of IC is not acceptable.
- Member renewal or purchase is available on this event except the sale of【RM48】12-months ANNUAL PASS.
- Member renewal or purchase fees are subject to change without prior notice at the point of time of renewal and are strictly not entitled to refund under any force majeure situation.
- The management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice and in cases of disputes, the management reserves the final jurisdiction.
