Terms and Conditions
- The #LSLOLChallenge runs from 7th April 2025 to 29th May 2025.
- To participate in the #LSLOLChallenge, customer must:
a) Record a complete video of themselves taking part in the LOL Promotion — including check-in at the counter, telling the joke to the receptionist, and the receptionist rating the joke using the hand sign board.
b) Post the video on Instagram or 小红书 with the hashtag #LSLOLChallenge.
c) Tag @loudspeakerktv or @aquietplacemy.
d) Ensure their accounts and posts are set to public.
e) Follow @loudspeakerktv or @aquietplacemy on the respective platform. - Videos must include at least two participants:
a) A minimum of one (1) customer and one (1) receptionist visibly interacting during the joke and rating.
b) Videos without the receptionist or without the joke-rating scene will be disqualified. - Only videos that include the full LOL Promotion flow (joke + rating by receptionist) will be accepted.
- Jokes can be in any language, but they must be appropriate for all ages. No vulgarity, profanity, or sensitive content is allowed.
- Participants may record and submit their challenge videos on Fridays to Sundays, but they will not be eligible for the LOL Promotion discount.
- Winners will be selected based on overall engagement on their submission.
- The winners will be officially announced on 13th June 2025. Winners will be annouced through comments and DM please make sure that your DM is open to public.
- Multiple entries are allowed, but only the video with the highest engagement will be considered.
- Any use of fake likes, bots, spam accounts, or artificial engagement will result in disqualification.
- All videos must remain posted and public for at least two (2) weeks after the campaign ends (until 13th June 2025).
- No entries containing sensitive, political, racial, or inappropriate content will be accepted.
- All participants must hold a valid Malaysian bank account to receive the cash prize.
- The challenge is available at all Loud Speaker 1.0 and Loud Speaker 2.0 outlets.
- The Management reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms, amend the challenge mechanics or terms without prior notice, and hold final decision-making authority in the event of disputes.
