1. Taman Sutera Utama Comeback Party is available at Loud Speaker 1.0 Taman Sutera Utama outlet ONLY.
2. Taman Sutera Utama Comeback Party will start on 18th June 2024 and end on 18th July 2024.
3. Taman Sutera Utama Comeback Party is available from Monday to Thursday.
4. Taman Sutera Utama Comeback Party is not applicable on the following dates: 6th July 2024, 7th July 2024, and 8th July 2024, due to public holidays, public holiday eves and replacement holidays.
5. Taman Sutera Utama Comeback Party contains 2 different promotions as listed below:
   a) RM10+ for 12-Months JOM K Kakee Membership Sign-Up and Renewal Promotion
   • The price for this promotion is RM10+ for customers who sign-up or renew 12-months JOM K Kakee Membership.
   • This promotion is only applicable for new JOM K Kakee Membership Sign Up or expired JOM K Kakee members who renew their membership during the promotional period.
   • This promotion is applicable for WALK-IN customers ONLY.
   b) RM10+ Karaoke Session starting at 12AM Promotion
   • The price for this promotion is RM10+ per person.
   • This promotion is applicable to all customers, both JOM K Kakee members and non-members.
   • This promotion is available from 12AM, offering up to 3 hours of singing or until the outlet’s closing time, whichever comes first.
   • This promotion is applicable for WALK-IN customers ONLY.
6. Customers must be following Loud Speaker’s 小红书 XHS (@loudspeakerktv) to be eligible for this promotion. Customers who do not have 小红书 XHS can follow Loud Speaker (@loudspeakerktv) on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok to qualify for this promotion.
7. Children aged 7 and above, or with a height of 120 cm and above, are required to pay admission.
8. The microphones in each room are fixed, and no additional microphones are available.
9. Alcoholics beverage is strictly not sold to patrons under the age of 21.
10. Customers are welcome to store liquor and wine at our establishment; however, please note that a corkage fee will be applied for these items. Beers are strictly not allowed to be brought in by customers.
11. Rooms are allocated based on the number of guests. Changes are not allowed, except for technical issues.
12. All promotions are not applicable on special occasions, event days, public holidays and eves of public holidays unless otherwise stated and is subject to change without prior notice.
13. Upon confirmation of reservation:
    a) The number of customers in a room is not changeable. Any changes to the number of customers in a room, additional charges will be imposed accordingly.
    b) The singing session will commence promptly at the time specified in your reservation. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrive on time for their reservation to ensure they receive the full duration of their session.
    c) Your reservation will be held for a maximum of 10 minutes only. If you arrive later than that, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
14. Room usage after 4pm using [ Before 5pm ] head charges and packages is strictly up to a maximum 7pm subject to room availability and promotion mechanisms.
15. The management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice and in cases of disputes, the management reserves the final jurisdiction.
