Steps for membership sign up / renewal 会员订阅 / 更新步骤
1.Download the Chop\\Sticks App and sign up using your email address or mobile number. If you're an existing Loud Speaker App user, you can sign up using your existing email address or mobile number.

2. On the Home page, select your preferred membership plan and tap the Upgrade button.
3.On the selected membership plan page, tap Upgrade again to proceed.
4.Select your preferred payment method and tap Pay Now.
5. You're all set! Enjoy your membership benefits.

JKK Membership Terms & Conditions (JKK Upgrade & JKK Flex – 1 & 3 Months)
Membership Benefits – JKK Upgrade
- Member rate on head charge.
- Member’s Day – every Monday.
- 1x Free Head Charge per month (Before 5PM, weekdays, except PH & eves).
- Birthday Free Head Charge (Before 5PM, everyday, except PH & eves).

- Member rate on head charge.
- Member’s Day – every Monday.
- 1x Free Head Charge per month (All Day, except PH & eves).

- Membership Terms
1. This membership is set to AUTOMATIC RENEWAL. At the end of each membership term (1 month or 3 months, as purchased), the membership will automatically renew for the same term unless the member cancels before the renewal date.
2. By purchasing this membership, the member authorises Loud Speaker to automatically charge the renewal fee to the member’s payment method / account on file at the then-current renewal price for each renewal term.
3. Your consent to auto-renewal is obtained at the point of purchase. The price is shown to you before payment.
4. To stop auto-renewal, tap “Downgrade” in the Chop\\Sticks App before the renewal date, or email customerservice@loudspeaker.my. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term; the membership remains active until then and then reverts to the free JKK tier, and fees already charged are non-refundable.
5. Member’s birthday benefits are limited to once per day, and the date of birth on the mobile app must match the member’s Physical IC (photocopies/softcopies not accepted).
6. Member benefits are for individual use only, non-transferable and strictly non-refundable. Renewal/purchase fees are non-refundable under any force majeure situation.
7. The General Terms & Conditions also apply to JOM K Kakee members. The Management reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice; in disputes, the management holds final jurisdiction.
IMPORTANT – AUTO-RENEWAL:
- Your JKK membership (JKK Upgrade or JKK Flex) renews automatically at the end of each term, and your payment method on file will be charged the renewal fee until you cancel. You may cancel anytime before the renewal date in the Chop\\Sticks App.
What does it mean?
- Purchasing a paid plan upgrades your account to a paid JKK membership – either JKK Upgrade or JKK Flex – which is an active paid subscription. Your membership automatically renews every term (1 month or 3 months, as purchased) so your benefits continue without interruption. You will be charged the renewal fee to your payment method on file at the start of each new term.
How to Cancel Auto-Renewal
- If you do not wish to renew, simply tap “Downgrade” in the Chop\\Sticks App before your renewal date. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current paid term, after which it will revert to the free JKK tier. Fees already charged are non-refundable.
